by using the LOAD menu and selecting Load Active Aircraft and then selecting
\aircraft
in your FS home directory
To save the database, either go to the DATABASE menu and select UPDATE or click OK when prompted to save database files on exit from the tool.
When you next start the tool you will be able to load aircraft from the DB instead of walking your mouse through the Windows file directory dialog.
